Our role
TinaBuy acts as your buying agent. We purchase goods on your instruction and in your interest; we are not the manufacturer or the seller and we do not warrant the seller's listing.
Quotes, payment and price changes
Quotes are valid for the period shown. If the seller's price, stock or shipping weight changes before purchase, we tell you and you may approve the new amount or cancel for a refund of anything unspent.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the goods you order may lawfully be exported from China and imported into your country, and that the delivery details you give us are correct. Duties, taxes and customs charges are yours to pay.
Liability and changes
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We announce material changes to these terms in advance and ask you to accept them again before your next order.
