We collect what an order needs, and little else.

What we collect
Your name, email, delivery address, order history, payment references and any messages or photos you send us.
Why we need it
To buy your items, clear customs, ship the parcel and answer questions afterwards. Address details are shared with couriers and customs authorities because a parcel cannot move without them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while your account is open and for as long as tax and customs rules require afterwards. Cart, wishlist and language preferences also live in your own browser.
Your control
You can view and edit your details in your account at any time, and ask us to delete your account and personal data once your open orders are complete.
